How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 3-5 days for your items to ship.

If you’ve ordered Baked Goods to be shipped to you, they are prepared on Wednesdays and Thursdays, the following week order is placed (this gives me time to purchase ingredients), and shipped out on Fridays, or as soon as possible.

If you have ordered baked goods through the Hotplate site for Farm Stand pickup, it will give you the pickup date when the order is placed.

Do you offer international shipping? 

For items other than baked goods, I do offer international shipping with a $10.00 shipping fee.

What is your return policy? 

If you receive your item broken, ripped, or damaged, you must supply a photo of the damaged item and proof of purchase/invoice number, purchase date.

Returns and refunds are only guaranteed 30 days after the purchase date. Any return or refund request made after 30 days of the date of purchase will be denied.
