Simple Spiced Sheet Pan Pork and Veggies

Today's post is a simple recipe that is healthy and quick to throw together and just delicious.
We had this pork and vegetables for dinner last night and I'm happy to share the recipe with you.

Cut brussel sprouts and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cut pork into 1.5 inch medallions, season with silver oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and paprika
Chop bell peppers and toss is olive oil, sticker and pepper
Cook brussel sprouts 10 minutes at 400 °F
Add the bell peppers and pork. Cook 15-20 minutes untill pork is done (145°F-170°F international temperature. )
